This gangly kid transformed himself into a bodybuilding BRUT

Growing up, Martyn Ford was considered lanky – 6ft 8” and all skin and bones.

But if you’d gone to school with Martyn, you probably wouldn’t recognize him now…

An avid bodybuilder, Martyn has transformed himself into a 147kg powerhouse.

As well as owning a gym, Martyn now also has an acting career. In 2016 he will appear in The Undisputed 4 as a character named Koshmar – which means “nightmare”. Sounds about right by the look of him:
