The Adelaide Crows have secured Jackson Edwards, son of 300-gamer Tyson Edwards.
Edwards was not taken in the national draft on Friday, and with all AFL clubs opting out of the pre-season draft on Monday, Jackson automatically joined Adelaide’s rookie list, the club has reported.
Jackson becomes the club’s second father-son player, following Ben Jarman (son of Darren) who arrived at the Crows by the same route last season.
