It’s time to defrost, so take off the Oodie and kick off those UGG boots. Hibernation mode is over and it’s time to put some pep in your step? Why? ‘Cause Gluttony Presents: Glenelg Winter Arts Festival, is rolling into town.
What is Gluttony and what is Glenelg Winter Arts Festival? Respectfully, if you haven’t heard of Gluttony, where have you been?
Gluttony is everyone’s favourite arts venue hub, recently playing host to 160 fabulous Fringe acts in Rymill Park across the Adelaide Fringe season during the summer.
And, now they’re back at it again, helping us defrost with Glenelg Winter Arts Festival so we can experience a slice of the Fringe at the Bay. Colley Reserve is set to be buzzing with excitement over the school holidays from July 5 to 21 with the fest bringing along tonnes of ticketed shows from live music, stand-up comedy, circus shows, burlesque, magic and family shows in a heated big-top tent . Yes, heated.
They’ll be plenty of hot beverages to keep you warm along with bars and food vendors for happy bellies, plus market stalls for shoppin’ sprees.
Whether you’re with mates for a night out, planning a date or looking for something creative to do with the kids, Glenelg Winter Arts Festival is definitely a destination to check out this July.
And the best bit? It’s right in our back yard until July 21, so you can check out some of Glenelg Winter Arts Festival’s hottest shows ranging from Friendly Feminism, Dom Chambers, Adults Only Magic Show, Rouge, CIRCUS the Show and much more.
