Tasting Notes: A wine defined by hallmark slickness and vitality in texture, with greasy apple, nashi pear and cashew savouriness, a lift of pleasing white vinegary tang and a dash of sweet, exotic spice. A cracking list of ingredients for a great Pinot Gris, and in this case, done medium weight with good length in tow. While not overly complex, it delivers a sense of layers and interest to the wine. Feels a little loose-knit and edgy in the best sense; a cool, wild streak but retains drinkability.
