INGREDIENTS

5 RASHERS BACON
5 BRIOCHE OR POTATO BUNS
1 CORAL LETTUCE WASHED
10 SLICES AMERICAN BURGER CHEESE
soak the onions in the buttermilk then drain and add to the flour and fry in 180 degree oil until crispy
add 1 egg to the ground beef and season with salt & pepper, mix really well form into 200g balls
on a hot flat grill or bbq flatten the beef pattie and cook to your liking
grill the bacon, fry the egg & toast the bun, start building
toast the bun,
add the burger sauce, lettuce, tomato then the pattie, bacon, cheese & egg, top with the angry onions & burger top
