Motorists are being urged to get in and beat a petrol price hike while they still can.

FIVEAA news director Matthew Pantelis reports on Wednesday morning:

“Unleaded petrol is spiking by .40c p/ltr around Adelaide, to $1.65. Plenty of servos still have it $1.17-$1.25, fill up this morning!”

According to The Advertiser, unleaded is an average of 135.2c per litre this morning.

“The cheapest on offer is in West Richmond, where it’s reportedly selling for 116.9c per litre.

“As for diesel, the average price today is 147.1c per litre.

“Cheap diesel (under 140.0c) can be found in Croydon, Smithfield and Mt Barker.”
