Stacey’s homemade tzatziki
-500g (2 cups) Greek Yoghurt
-1 large continental cucumber, peeled and grated
-1 large garlic clove, crushed
-2 tbsp olive oil
-juice if half a fresh lemon
-salt to taste

Instructions:
Mix it all up in a bowl. Some people add dill or mint I prefer it without.

Greek salad
-2 tomatoes
-1/2 continental cucumber
-1/2 Red onion
-Feta
-Olives
-Salt and pepper
-Olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dress

Instructions:

  1. Dice up all the vegetables and feta equally
  2. Add olives
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  5. Mix everything together

Olga’s lamb chevapchichis
-Fry in a pan, grill on the bbq or zap in an air fryer until each side is golden in colour.

Serve on a platter with home-made tzatziki, Greek salad and pita bread.
