Police are investigating fire at a Gymnasium fire at Port Elliot this morning.
According to SAPOL:
Just after midnight 17 April police and fire crews were called to Hill Street after reports that a gymnasium was on fire. MFS and CFS moved quickly and were able to extinguish the fire, however not before it caused substantial damage to the building and neighbouring premises.
Victor Harbor CIB and Fire Cause Investigators will be attending the scene this morning to carry out an examination. At this time the cause of the fire is unknown.
