Footy journo Mitch Cleary is reporting two Adelaide stars will be gone from the club “within days” of the grand final.
“We saw it only take four days for Gary Abblet wait for Geelong to lose their preliminary final, I think it’s going to happen the same — Jake Lever on the way to the Melbourne footy club. A five-year deal in that $850-900,000 bracket.
“The big one is Charlie Cameron. I think he’s got one foot on the way out to Brisbane — that’s all the talk on Brownlow medal night that he’s on his way there, just waiting for the grand final to be sorted.
“He’s got a year to run, but I think the value now for him to get to Brisbane is there.”
