Rilka Warbanoff shares a delicious Christmas recipe with Andrew Reimer.

RECIPE:

400 g Pork Mince.

1 large Duck.

Lots of salt & pepper on the pork mince & half a bunch of sage finely chopped.

Add that to the pork mince &  mix all together & stuff the duck cavity with the pork mince.

Place the duck into a roasting pan & layer it with bruschetta or pancetta over the duck.

A little bit of olive oil over the top + a bit of salt sprinkled over the top of the duck.

Then roast it on 160  for 3 to 31/2 hours.

Delicious!
