1. Make Lunches more interesting for children.
2. Use proper lunch boxes to stop food from getting squashed & kept cool.
3. Freeze water bottles in the freezer to place on food & keep drinks cool.
4. Give children all the ingredients to make their own lunches & that way they find it interesting to eat.
5. Buy children lunch boxes with lots of little compartments to put different foods in.
6. Fritattas , Fritters, Fresh Antipasto plate, Fruit are great food source.
7. Children need to start with a good healthy breakfast.
