6 RHUBARB PEELED AND CUT IN 2 CM
4 GRANNY SMITH APPLES PEELED & CUBED
1.4 LT WATER
1 CUP SUGAR
2 TBS BUTTER
2 TBS WATER
Boil water, add the sugar & blanch the rhubarb for 2 min, remove rhubard and set aside
reduce remaining liquid until it becomes syrup like, add the apples and cook until tender
combine the cooked apples and rhubarb, add a sprinkle of cinnamon
place into your baking dish.

140G SELF-RAISING FLOUR
85G UNSALTED BUTTER
50G BROWN SUGAR
50G GRANOLA
combine flour, butter, sugar and cook in the oven until golden on 180 stirring every 4 minutes
place the hot crumble mix on the apples & rhubarb and serve with icing sugar and vanilla bean ice cream.
