SA media icon Graeme Goodings has thanked listeners in a heartfelt sign off after spending several months filling in on FIVEAA Mornings for Leon Byner who has been away unwell.

Graeme has been in the chair since late January, and he told listeners on Monday:
“All I can say is thank you so much for being part of the show. We didn’t always agree but that’s not what this show is all about.
“It’s about a melting pot. It’s about you having your say, and about me having my say, and letting the experts having their say – but it allows you to make up your own mind.
“If you want to find out about a city and its people, listen to talk back radio – and in this state the only place to listen to is FIVEAA and you find out what a wonderful city and state in which we live.”
Leon Byner returns to FIVEAA Mornings from Tuesday 7 June, 9am-12pm and Graeme Goodings will remain a big part of the FIVEAA family into the future.
