Adelaide Crows goal sneak Eddie Betts reckons he’ll be “done” playing AFL footy after the 2020 season when his current deal runs out.
“I’ve got two more years left after this one and depending on how my body is I’ll probably be done by then,” Betts has told The Advertiser.
“At this point it’s looking like I’ll be done by the end of that contract.
“But I did say that when I first came across on a four-year deal, that I’d be done then.
“So I’m just focusing on playing footy, I don’t care about my contract, right now I care about success and hopefully we have an opportunity to get back to the last day in the next three years.”
