Key Crows midfielder Rory Sloane signs on with the Crows for another three years.
Crows fans… rejoice!
Rory Sloane has resigned for another three years, putting all our minds at ease.
The blonde-locked legend, 25, has well established himself as one of the top midfielders in the competition, and will be sticking around ’til [at least] the end of 2018.
Sloane has played 107 matches in the AFL since being recruited from Eastern Ranges in the 2008 national draft.
Proving his value to the Crows, Sloaney has won the 19th Man award twice, and also has a huge influence on the Senior Leadership Group.
“I have said many times before how much I respect and love this Club and in particular the playing group,” Sloane said.
“With the support of my fiancé Belinda and family, I have been in constant talks with the Club and am thrilled to sign a new deal.
“Our Club is built on a team-first attitude and elite standards and it allows us all to thrive and improve and there is no doubt success lies ahead.”
Exciting times ahead for the Crows as they secure Sloaney for the future. Onwards and upwards!
